El análisis se encuadra en la teoría política del discurso de Ernesto Laclau et.al., la teoría performativa del lenguaje violento de Judith Butler, algunas tesis medulares de la teoría feminista sobre la maternidad y en la epistemología feminista de Donna Haraway. Interroga la escena de una batalla antagonista entre dos campos discursivos que se enfrentaron en las calles y en el parlamento: un discurso antigénero o de “pañuelos celestes” versus los feminismos, para persuadir (nos) acerca del orden sexual normativo del Estado-nación. El problema de esta investigación es la producción de violencia retórica de género, es decir, la supresión y subordinación de las mujeres y de lo femenino y feminizado en el lenguaje. Una forma de violencia que habita en el lenguaje, antes e independientemente de su ocurrencia en el mundo, una violencia de la retórica contra las mujeres. Por lo tanto, analizo las estrategias y reconstruyo las metáforas mediante las cuales el discurso antigénero produce interpelaciones violentas: construye posiciones femeninas abyectas, suprime el cuerpo materno y transfiere sus atributos al derecho, la ciencia y la moral, e inscribe la vida materna y fetal en gramáticas tecnocientíficas trascentales hegemónicas. A través de las metáforas del útero ocupado, la química del apego, el cerebro sexuado materno y el útero transparente, que propone la enunciación neoconservadora que emerge en los testimonios que se opusieron al aborto, examino los efectos violentos de apropiación de lo femenino materno y en especial, la construcción retórica de las mujeres libres de la libertad de las mujeres como el enemigo. The object of this research is a global religious techno-fundamentalist discourse, in its local deployment in the testimonies that opposed abortion in the debate that took place in the Argentinean Congress in 2018. The analysis is framed in the political theory of discourse by Ernesto Laclau et.al., the performative theory of violent language by Judith Butler, some core theses of feminist theory on motherhood and the feminist epistemology of Donna Haraway.It interrogates the scene of an antagonistic battle between two discursive fields that clashed in the streets and in parliament: an anti-gender discourse or "light blue scarves" versus feminisms, to persuade (us) about the normative sexual order of the Nation-State. My research problem is the production of rhetorical gender violence, that is, the suppression and subordination of women and of the feminine and feminized in language. A form of violence that inhabits language, before and independently of its occurrence in the world, a rhetorical form of violence against women. Therefore, I analyze the strategies and reconstruct the metaphors through which the anti-gender discourse produces violent interpellations: it constructs abject feminine positions, suppresses the maternal body and transfers its attributes to law, science and morality, and inscribes maternal and fetal life. In hegemonic transcendental techno-scientific grammars. Through the metaphors of the occupied womb, the chemistry of passionate attachment, the maternal sexed brain and the transparent womb, proposed by the neoconservative enunciation that emerges in the testimonies that opposed abortion, I examine the violent effects of appropriation of the maternal feminine and especially the rhetorical construction of free women/women's freedom as the enemy.
