Con el objetivo de evaluar el aéreo y desarrollo radicular de plantas de Pinus taeda, propagadas por estacas enraizadas y semillas se instaló un ensayo con un diseño completamente aleatorizado y 6 réplicas. Las plantas se instalaron en contenedores de 10 litros. Los tratamientos en evaluación fueron: i) Plantas de propagación vegetativa provenientes de plantas madres en suelo, ii) Plantas de propagación vegetativa provenientes de plantas madres en Hidroponia y iii) Plantas de semilla. A los 6 meses de edad se evaluó el diámetro a la altura del cuello, la altura, arquitectura radicular, peso seco de raíces y parte aérea. No se detectaron diferencias significativas para ninguna de las variables evaluadas. El desarrollo radicular y aéreo de las plantas propagadas por estacas y semillas fue similar. An assay with a completely randomized design and 6 replicates was installed to evaluate Pinus taeda aerial and root development. The plants were installed in 10 liter containers. The treatments under study are: i) plants vegetative propagated from mother plants in soil, ii) plants vegetative propagated from mother plants in Hydroponics and iii) seedlings. Weekly, diameter at neck, height, old, root architecturedry root, weight and dry weight of the aerial parts was measured. At 6 month old, root architecturedry root weight and dry weight of the aerial parts was measured.
