Se presenta un trabajo experimental realizado en el marco de la investigación sobre el desarrollo de dispositivos para la formación docente en física en la Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento. El dispositivo permite determinar el coeficiente de elasticidad «K» de un resorte metálico al modificar su temperatura. La variación del coeficiente tiene como consecuencia directa una variación en la energía interna. A partir del modelo teórico, se establece la forma de calcularlo. Finalmente, se describe la construcción del dispositivo utilizado y se presentan los resultados obtenidos. An experimental work carried out within the framework of research on the development of devices for teacher training in physics at the National University of General Sarmiento is presented. The device allows the determination of the coefficient of elasticity ‘K’ of a metallic spring when its temperature is modified. The variation of the coefficient has as a direct consequence a variation in the internal energy. It is established, from the theoretical model, the way to calculate it. Finally, the construction of the device used is described and the results obtained are presented. Apresenta-se um trabalho experimental realizado no âmbito da pesquisa sobre o desenvolvimento de dispositivos para a formação de professores de física na Universidade Nacional General Sarmiento. O dispositivo permite determinar o coeficiente de elasticidade "K" de uma mola metálica quando sua temperatura é modificada. A variação do coeficiente tem como consequência direta uma variação na energia interna. Estabelece-se, a partir do modelo teórico, a forma de calculá-lo.
