Descripción
Sumario:This project is a continuation of the ACyT B project developed in the previous call: "Art, savings and expense: the construction of the value of art in the media". After developing the bibliographical research and the paper discussions expected in the previous project, the actual proposal seeks to expand the semiotic analysis in the discursive production phase and to continue the fieldwork already started. The central issue remains the social construction of value of art from a discourse analysis perspective in dialogue with approaches from anthropology and economic sociology that focus on the social construction of markets and exchangeable objects. From that perspective, and in coordination with those approaches, can be overcome representations involving a "replacing" reasoning between symbolic versus economic / industrial / commercial, which also involves conceptions of symbolic / as ontologically different goods in contrast with other others circulating in society, hampering in this way the analysis of intersection cases. In this way, the goal of this project is to characterize, both in production and in recognition discursive instances, enunciative, narrative and argumentative fundamentals that operate in the semiotic construction of a type of economic decision which dynamic object is art.
