description The motivation behind this essay can be stated, in general terms, by the question: ¿from which point of view can we build and make educational practices, in such a way that it does not make us falter the transforming power that education has? The building up of possible answers is far from easy, as it isn’t linearly that we can walk this conceptual territory in which I pose the question mark. To resolve the issues that appears from this point onwards, on a finished way, is not of my interest, neither the ones with which I have already encountered; moreover I admit that I lack some of the tools which could allow me to do it. I propose myself to draw some lines of thought about how to approach the difficulties that the field of education and particularly the physical education on present today, at least in Uruguay. I choose to throw into this space my own concerns and await with more patience and illusion, than conviction and certainties, the resonances that these ideas may have.
