Sumario:This thesis aims to explore the journey an entrepreneur undertakes to become a business owner in the real estate sector, with a focus on attitudinal, strategic, and human development. Through a theoretical and practical approach, the study analyzes key factors such as entrepreneurial mindset, network building, empathetic leadership, business planning, and the use of technology as a growth driver. The research is based on classical as well as current contributions from neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and organizational development. It also includes proprietary tools, interviews, and real case studies of business transformation. The goal is to propose a conceptual model that helps real estate professionals scale their businesses sustainably by integrating human-centered leadership with strategic management.
