Sumario:The paper examines a design intervention for the city of Bahía Blanca at territorial, urban, and neighborhood scales, developed by the authors as part of their submission to the 2024/25 Stimulus Award of the Colegio de Arquitectos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires – Consejo Superior, under the theme of Sustainable Urbanism. The study adopts a descriptive and exploratory methodology, structured around the identification of urban–territorial conflicts, their classification into five dimensions (urban hydraulics, public space, energy and environment, expansion and density, mobility), the definition of representative intervention premises, and the development of design-oriented actions organized into tangible and intangible aspects. Finally, the paper underscores the importance of dissemination, training, and inter-institutional synergies, as well as the relevance of a systemic, complex, comprehensive, and anticipatory design approach to mitigate environmental, economic, and cultural conflicts.
