| Sumario: | This work addresses fire risk in high-occupancy cultural and sports buildings, using the La Superiora Complex in San Juan as a case study. It integrates technological tools such as 3D modeling and evacuation simulation with Pathfinder to analyze occupant behavior during emergencies and optimize prevention strategies. Using an evaluation sheet based on the Intrinsic method and Decree 351/79, data on fire load, occupancy and escape routes were systematized and incorporated into the 3D model for dynamic simulation. The integration of results identified critical sectors, evacuation times and exit conditions, establishing Pathfinder as an effective tool for preventive management. This approach aims to strengthen safety in public spaces through technological innovation. |
