The epicenter is an early childhood education building and its immediate surroundings, where thermal discomfort problems were detected, and a rehabilitation proposal is put forward using bioclimatic strategies. The evaluation of the results compared with the baseline scenario showed a reduction in air temperature between 0.5 and 0.9 °C and in mean radiant temperature between 13.9 and 19.5 °C, thus verifying the positive impact of the implemented strategies. Se evalúan dos escenarios extremos en un área urbana de Resistencia, utilizando el software de análisis microclimático Envi-met, a fin de valorar sus potencialidades. Se toma como epicentro un edificio educativo de nivel inicial y su entorno inmediato, donde se detectaron problemas de disconfort térmico ante lo cual se plantea una propuesta de rehabilitación mediante estrategias bioclimáticas. La valoración de los resultados contrastados con el escenario de base evidenció la reducción de la temperatura del aire entre 0.5 y 0.9 °C y la temperatura media radiante entre 13.9 y 19.5 °C, verificándose así la incidencia positiva de las estrategias implementadas.
