Sumario:Two extreme scenarios in an urban area of Resistencia are evaluated using the Envi-met microclimatic analysis software, in order to assess their potential. The epicenter is an early childhood education building and its immediate surroundings, where thermal discomfort problems were detected, and a rehabilitation proposal is put forward using bioclimatic strategies. The evaluation of the results compared with the baseline scenario showed a reduction in air temperature between 0.5 and 0.9 °C and in mean radiant temperature between 13.9 and 19.5 °C, thus verifying the positive impact of the implemented strategies.
