Employing a qualitative-comparative methodological design grounded in the principles of grounded theory, the research identifies governance patterns and strategies that enhance territorial cohesion. The findings highlight that collaborative, participatory, and adaptive governance models—supported by transparent and reliable institutional ecosystems—generate systemic added value, strengthen territorial resilience, and play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable productive development within Latin American contexts. El estudio aborda el papel de la gobernanza como capital sinérgico en el desarrollo productivo latinoamericano, mediante el análisis comparativo de tres contextos de indagación sistémica. Parte de una perspectiva epistémica y relacional del desarrollo territorial, donde los capitales intangibles son determinantes para la resiliencia y sostenibilidad de los territorios. Desde un enfoque metodológico cualitativo-comparativo, basado en la teoría fundamentada, identifica patrones y estrategias de gobernanza que fortalecen la cohesión territorial, resaltando que los modelos colaborativos, participativos y adaptativos, sustentados en ecosistemas institucionales transparentes y confiables, generan plusvalía sistémica, incrementan la resiliencia territorial y contribuyen de manera decisiva al fortalecimiento del desarrollo productivo sostenible en contextos latinoamericanos.
