Sumario:This study explores the role of governance as a form of synergic capital in fostering productive development across Latin America, through a comparative analysis of three systemic inquiry contexts. Anchored in an epistemic and relational perspective of territorial development, it underscores the decisive influence of intangible capitals on the resilience and sustainability of territories. Employing a qualitative-comparative methodological design grounded in the principles of grounded theory, the research identifies governance patterns and strategies that enhance territorial cohesion. The findings highlight that collaborative, participatory, and adaptive governance models—supported by transparent and reliable institutional ecosystems—generate systemic added value, strengthen territorial resilience, and play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable productive development within Latin American contexts.
