Sumario:This work constitutes a small tribute to PhD Luisa Anzótegui (“Yuyi”), considered one of the first women who founded the bases of Paleobotany in Corrientes Province. Beyond her invaluable contribution to this discipline, this production aims to show the professional career of Luisa from her beginnings, and especially focusing on her relationship with colleagues and fellows. Yuyi left an important mark on us and this legacy is today more present than ever in her fellows who remember her with great affection.
