Drawing from a multidisciplinary perspective, the text integrates Paul Ricoeur's phenomenological hermeneutics, Bruno Latour's Actor-Network Theory (ANT), and Lev Manovich's principles of new media aesthetics. The paper explores shifts in traditional notions of authorship, technological agency in creative processes, and the pedagogical implications for universities training future digital art professionals. It also addresses ethical dilemmas related to algorithmic biases and legal controversies surrounding intellectual property rights in AI-generated works. The analysis concludes that incorporating AI into creative processes necessitates critical pedagogy, curriculum updates, and clear ethical-legal frameworks to responsibly manage emerging practices of human-machine co-authorship. Este artículo analiza críticamente la problemática emergente sobre la coautoría entre humanos e Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en la creación de narrativas visuales y discursivas dentro del arte digital, enfatizando sus implicaciones sociotécnicas, éticas y educativas. Partiendo desde una perspectiva multidisciplinaria, el texto integra la hermenéutica fenomenológica de Paul Ricoeur, la Teoría del Actor-Red (ANT) de Bruno Latour y los principios estéticos de los nuevos medios propuestos por Lev Manovich. Se examinan los cambios en la noción tradicional de autoría, la agencia tecnológica en procesos creativos, y las repercusiones pedagógicas para instituciones universitarias que forman futuros profesionales del arte digital. Además, se abordan dilemas éticos relacionados con sesgos algorítmicos y controversias jurídicas sobre propiedad intelectual en obras generadas con IA. El análisis concluye que la inclusión de la IA en procesos creativos requiere una pedagogía crítica, actualización curricular y marcos ético-legales claros para gestionar responsablemente las prácticas emergentes de coautoría humano-máquina.
