| Sumario: | This article describes part of the trajectory of a key figure of the Argentinian academic field between the end of the XX Century and the beginning of the XXI Century: Pampa Arán. In order to reach this objective I take part of the results obtained in a research-project about the processes of institutionalization of literary studies in Argentina, and their internationalization between 1958 and 2015. Two different levels of analysis are combined: on the one hand, the empirical data; on the other, that of the “intentionality of the actors” (Pinto 2015). In other words: an interpretation of the quantitative data extracted from a database created with the curricula vitae of 188 subfield agents is combined with an interpretation of the answers given in semi-structured interviews with said agents. A total of 151 interviews were conducted. Facts and “stories” are brought together to enrich the analysis of the processes of institutionalization of literary studies and their internationalization: I observe articulations, disarticulations, aggregates, overlaps, insistences, etc., between the self-figurations of the agents with respect to the processes of institutionalization and internationalization and their actual practices. In this frame I characterize the practices and the fantasies of nano-intervention of Pampa Arán. |
