Sumario:This article aims to identify global and local historical factors that explain, at least in part, the rise to political power of anarchocapitalist ideology in Argentina. The study reveals the following four historical-structural explanatory factors: 1) an emerging global financial and technological capitalism with a libertarian ideology; 2) a local labor dynamic of de-wageization of the popular sectors with more than 30 years of history; 3) the lack of a national and popular alternative suggested by the experience of the exhaustion, after 10 years, of the re-emergence of a national industrial capitalism in the 21st century; 4) social criticism of the State and its role in the economy, enabled by last 10-year of economic stagnation with inflation and the ineffectiveness of public policies to resolve it.
