Cytological studies of 15 species, 2 varieties and 1 fOfIB of Sapindaceae from Sudamerica are presented. All of them but Paullinia pinnata are new counts. Three genera: Cupania (X=16), Houssayanthus (b12) y UroiUea (b11) are reported for the first time.
