The focus of the study is framed in Social Communication, Discourse Analysis, Semiotics, Linguistics, Grammar and Spanish usage. The analysis focuses on three digital news articles from a corpus of journalistic texts published between the years 2023 and 2024, which address neighborhood claims in relation to the electric energy service. The study examines the discursive strategies employed by online newspapers to “mediate” neighborhood voices, frame the issues raised by residents, and highlight the relationships and asymmetries between the community and the relevant authorities. Este artículo se propone investigar la manera en que los medios de comunicación de Posadas (Misiones, Argentina) generan noticias sobre los barrios locales. El enfoque del estudio se enmarca en la Comunicación Social, el Análisis del Discurso, la Semiótica, la Lingüística, la Gramática y el español de uso. En esta oportunidad escogemos tres notas digitales del corpus de textos periodísticos construido entre los años 2023 y 2024, relacionadas con el reclamo de un barrio en relación con el servicio de energía eléctrica. El análisis intenta dar cuenta de las formas discursivas que utilizan los medios –diarios online en este caso– para “mediar” las voces vecinales, presentar las problemáticas que plantean y marcar los nexos y asimetrías con las autoridades correspondientes.
