In thisway, they modeled an architectural project under BIM Methodology, parameterizing its informationaccording to certain criteria and organizational strategies, based on the region's constructionsystems. At the end of the BIM modeling workshops, the results obtained, particularly in the quantitysurveying stage, were compared with those produced traditionally in the Pro.G.E.O. subject(Production, Management, and Execution of Works). La incorporación de la Metodología BIM en la producción arquitectónica, define un nuevo paradigmaen la enseñanza de la arquitectura. El proyecto interno de investigación denominado “MANUAL DEMODELADO BIM PARA SISTEMAS CONSTRUCTIVOS SISMORRESISTENTES EN LAPROVINCIA DE SAN JUAN” desarrollado por el equipo del Área Tecnológica del IRPHa dependientede la FAUD- UNSJ, tuvo como objetivo realizar un ciclo de Talleres Experimentales de ModeladoBIM, con estudiantes de la carrera de arquitectura, a fin de poner en uso el mismo. De esta formamodelaron un proyecto arquitectónico bajo Metodología BIM, parametrizando su información, bajociertos criterios y estrategias de organización, según los sistemas constructivos de la región. Altérmino de los talleres de modelado BIM se compararon los resultados obtenidos, particularmente enla etapa de cómputos métrico, con lo producido de manera tradicional en la asignatura Pro.G.E.O.(Producción, Gestión y Ejecución de Obras).
