In thiscontext, it is proposed that future professionals be able to generate innovative proposals in the fieldof building production that are economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. IndustrializedConstruction as a form of industrial production requires particular knowledge. The aim is for thestudent to know the forms of professional intervention, methods, procedures, and tools for thedevelopment of an architectural project that integrates the pertinent construction, production, andcommercial aspects. “Construcción Industrializada” es una asignatura electiva que busca transferir a la formación degrado los saberes y experiencias que el Grupo de Estudios en Calidad y Productividad ha idoacumulando en su trayectoria de investigación. Las transformaciones tecnológicas-productivas, loscambios en las modalidades de producción y consumo, y la crisis social y ambiental demandan unrepensar los modos de producción edilicia. En este contexto se propone que el futuro profesionalsea capaz de generar propuestas innovadoras en el campo de la producción edilicia que seansustentables en lo económico, en lo social y en lo ambiental. La Construcción Industrializada comoforma de producción industrial requiere saberes particulares que se busca que el alumno conozca:las formas de intervención profesional, los métodos, los procedimientos, y las herramientas para eldesarrollo de un proyecto arquitectónico que integre los pertinentes aspectos constructivos,productivos, y comerciales.
