Sumario:This paper presents the hygrothermal study of workshops 5 and 6 made in the FADU-UNL building, located in the city of Santa Fe. The aim was to identify thermal comfort issues and to elaborate a firstdiagnosis of the hygrothermal situation. The monitoring involved temperature and humiditymeasurements using Dataloggers (TESTO) and a thermal snapshot device (thermographic camera). The results are directly related to the constructive typology representative of many institutionalbuildings from the 1970s, with interior temperatures above the upper limit of hygrothermal comfort, inthe particular case of the workshops analysed 85% of the monitoring time was outside theabove-mentioned range. Detecting that an improvement in thermal performance is possible onsummer days typical of the warm bioenvironmental zone "IIb".
