Sumario:This paper seeks to integrate contributions from research projects developed in the LATEC that ledus to study the possibilities of articulating, from project research, the territorial, housing andconstruction technological dimensions.Focused on strategies to produce social housing, dialectically incorporating product and processtechnologies, with the premise that everything is determined by its relationships, a multidimensionalhypothesis of an adaptable and open urban project is formulated.
