Sumario:The article exposes the main aspectsof the urban-architectural proposal thatwon second place in the Provincial IdeasContest: Bicentennial Park and Pavilion,in the city of Bella Vista, Corrientes. Theformulation of the proposal was carriedout from a critical approach both towardsthe requirements of the contest rulesand towards the environment in whichthe project is implemented. As its mainobjectives, the project was based on theidea of enhancing the void existing in theintervention site as well as the creationof a complete system of public spacesand urban uses to revitalize the differentrelationships that the city maintains withits river, focusing on three fundamental levels. First level - the relationshipbetween the urban fabric and the riverbank, second level – the integration ofpublic spaces along the riverbank and,as a third level, the connection with thewaterfront of Puerto Ocampo, Santa Fe
