Sumario:In this paper, an analysis regarding the behavior of the solution of the foliowing initial valué problem (IVP) for the function y = y(t) is presented.Such function y = y(t) is related to the global conversión function x = x(t) in a kinetic model formulated by Quiroga et al. (1992), in order to describe the dissolution rate of polidisperse soíids without Chemical reaction.Regarding the parameters a, b, c, p general restrictions of experimental nature and some additional of mathematical type are considered.Information on the behavior of the function y =y(t) and consequently on the global conversión x =x(t) is obtained (in particular on the asymptotic behavior).
