The main purpose of this research is to analyze the connection that exists between globalization and climate change and how the lack of harmonization mechanisms between these phenomena impacts human life. Our argument affirms the possibility of a transition from commercial and/or economic globalization towards a sustainable form of globalization, thereby mitigating the crisis of fundamental prerogatives. The proposed study was conducted using the abstract-concrete method, allowing for the abstraction of the human rights situation amid the phenomena of Globalization and Climate Change. El cambio climático (CC) atenta contra el porvenir de las futuras generaciones, es una amenaza poderosa que, de no ejecutarse las medidas de mitigación y adaptación, implicaría el exterminio o devastación de la tierra y de todos sus seres vivos. El propósito principal de esta investigación es analizar la vinculación que coexiste entre la globalización y el cambio climático y como la carencia de mecanismos de armonización entre ambos fenómenos, repercute con la propia vida del ser humano. Nuestro argumento confirma la posibilidad de una transición de la globalización comercial y/o económica hacia un tipo de globalización sostenible y de esta forma mitigar la crisis de las prerrogativas fundamentales. El estudio que se propone se desarrolló a través del método abstracto – concreto que permitió abstraer la situación de los derechos humanos entre los fenómenos de la Globalización y el CC.
