| Sumario: | In this article, we will start from a conceptual basis to reflect the culture-violence relationship. From the understanding of its existence, a brief historical tour will be proposed to see its timeless presence from a global vision. But, although this relationship is present in each historical stage, it is questioned as a common theme, a normalized issue at a certain point becomes problematized. In this line, we will work with a second relationship proposed by Hannah Arendt: command- obedience, which gives meaning and existence to Power. Also, will review the fundamental role of culture understood in this case as a determining factor for people to be between one side or the other or the line will be reviewed. Furthermore, from these notions, there is a desire to try generating supremacy of some over others from where we will see the concepts addressed reflected along these lines.
