Sumario:In this article, we will start from a conceptual basis to reflect the culture-violence relationship. From the understanding of its existence, a brief historical tour will be proposed to see its timeless presence from a global vision. But, although this relationship is present in each historical stage, it is questioned as a common theme, a normalized issue at a certain point becomes problematized. In this line, we will work with a second relationship proposed by Hannah Arendt: command- obedience, which gives meaning and existence to Power. Also, will review the fundamental role of culture understood in this case as a determining factor for people to be between one side or the other or the line will be reviewed. Furthermore, from these notions, there is a desire to try generating supremacy of some over others from where we will see the concepts addressed reflected along these lines. Finally, is notable that this analyze receive great influence from the work of Rodolfo Kush, which gives this writing the necessary latin american tint.
