Sumario:This article understands the territorial planning policy as a dynamic system composed of three structural elements that are interrelated and interdefined: the regulatory framework, the territorial order plans with their operational instruments and the management model that allows them to be carried out in the territory. From this positioning, which assumes a critical epistemological approach, the legal framework of the environmental planning policy of the territory becomes an unavoidable object of study for the planning system in Argentina and, in particular, in the Chaco province. Given the imminent approval of the OT Law Project of the Province of Chaco, it is proposed to analyze this new instrument that would be added to the repertoire of regulations currently in force.
