Sumario:Development and Territorial Planning of the city of Formosa, POT FOR 2040 was carried out through a Work Agreement between the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning and the Municipality of the city of Formosa. The main objective of this Agreement was to provide the Municipality with an essential management tool to achieve fair, sustainable and balanced development of the municipal territory, with a time horizon of 2040. The Plan was elaborated by a faculty technical team that had the contribution of a Municipal technical team. The Plan proposal is expressed in seven Strategic Lines and 37 projects- ideas, and also includes a proposal for its implementation and possible management instruments. This article contains a synthesis of the Final Report and Book II of the Plan, presented to the Municipality of the City of Formosa.
