Sumario:This research carries out a study related to the right to comprehensive reparation of victims in plural contexts, particularly in Bolivia. Thus, it will have as its objective: to propose a set of criteria for the materialization of the right to integral reparation in plural contexts. From a methodological point of view, it is a descriptive, analytical and purposeful investigation, which, in its construction, carries out a broad bibliographic review, considering documents, data and a series of published articles, and the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. However, it is observed that there are normative and jurisprudential advances in the matter of reparations, that the direct and indirect victims of plural contexts are not guaranteed the right to comprehensive reparation, as there are factual limitations in the normative and institutional framework that fully materializes said right. The objective is to outline a series of criteria that make it possible in a timely manner to materialize the standards of the right to comprehensive reparation for victims of crimes, human rights violations, and other technical-legal issues, according to the particularities present in plural contexts.
