| Sumario: | The broad legitimacy in the cases of affectation to rights of collective incidence has been legally recognized in our country since 1993 with the enactment of the Consumer Defense Law and elevated to constitutional rank with the reform of 1994, with the incorporation of the new articles 42 and 43. However, the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court has not been uniform on the matter, registering advances and setbacks in the full recognition of the right to prior intervention of user and consumer associations. |
