On the other hand, the pandemic came to distort many pre-existing socio-territorial problems in terms of housing, access to basic services (health and education), accessibility, among other issues. It is there, where old and new demands collided under the distressing situation caused by COVID-19. La irrupción de la pandemia a nivel global y particularmente en la escala local provocó numerosas consecuencias en los territorios centralizando los debates en el desempeño de los Estados para mitigar sus impactos. Por otro lado, la pandemia vino a desnaturalizar muchas problemáticas socio-territoriales preexistentes en materia habitacional, acceso a los servicios básicos (salud y educación), accesibilidades, entre otras cuestiones. Es allí, donde colisionaron antiguas y nuevas demandas bajo la angustiante situación provocada por el COVID-19.
