Sumario:The irruption of the pandemic at the global level and particularly at the local scale caused numerous consequences in the territories, centralizing the debates on the performance of the States to mitigate its impacts. On the other hand, the pandemic came to distort many pre-existing socio-territorial problems in terms of housing, access to basic services (health and education), accessibility, among other issues. It is there, where old and new demands collided under the distressing situation caused by COVID-19.
