Sumario: | In the present paper the authors give a series of different meanings to the phrase “Legitimate trust”. This done, they leave aside the interpretative approach to focus in the most practical aception of the juridical concept, as a rule that is imposed in the Argentinian “Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación” and other commercial laws, such as the “Ley de Sociedades Comerciales” or the “Ley de Lealtad Comercial”, taking note of the many articles that assume legitimate trust as a factual cause of many civil and commercial institutions. |
