The methodological theoretical model is based on Cultural Studies. We mainly refer to the disciplines of History and Sociology, we research in documentary collections, ethnographic interviews, autoethnography, sociological imagination, kibbitzer concept, History of the present time, Method of Generations and Theatre Cartography. The theatre stages that we reconstruct are: amateur, institutional, independent and professionalization. El propósito central del presente texto es describir y explicar el modelo teórico metodológico que diseñé como parte de mi tesis doctoral, la cual tuvo por objetivo analizar y comprender los periodos del teatro en Aguascalientes, México, durante el siglo XX, así como las rupturas, continuidades y/o contradicciones históricas en su enseñanza. El modelo teórico-metodológico parte de los Cultural Studies. Acudimos principalmente a las disciplinas de Historia y Sociología, hicimos investigación en colecciones documentales, entrevistas etnográficas, autoetnografía, imaginación sociológica, concepto de kibbitzer, Historia del tiempo presente, Método de las Generaciones y Cartografía Teatral.
