Sumario:The present work intends in the first instance to describe some theoretical positions that explain why the absence of total objectivity in the prosecution of economic crime. Both in a favorable and negative sense, in the judicial praxis some biases and heuristics are presented when evaluating the criminal culpability of this type of affender. In the second instance some ideas are proposed to counteract the pre-judicial in the judgments of economic crime.
