La actividad lanera de Chubut se consolidó en paralelo a la formación del Estado nacional argentino. En esta investigación, a través de la lectura de fuentes secundarias, entrevistas a informantes calificados y documentos oficiales,seda cuenta del papel que desempeñaron el Estado y los grupos de interés en la definición de las políticas públicas que legitiman la continuidad histórica de la estructura asimétrica del complejo ovino de la provincia. Chubut ́s wool activity was consolidated in parallel with the formation of the Argentine national state.
