No hay ecología sin unaadecuada antropología” (LS 118). La crisis ecológica, abordada en su encíclica Laudato Si de 2015 y en Querida Amazonia de 2019, el acelerado desarrollo científico-técnico que ha generado un nuevo relato, el del transhumanismo, impulsan a pensar los vínculos y las tensiones entre el cuidado de la casa común y el futuro de la especie humana “mejorada”. En primer lugar, abordaré algunas cuestiones de ecoteología que impactan en la comprensión de la naturaleza, del hombre, y la interacción de Dios con el conjunto de la creación. En segundo lugar, en menor medida, recuperaré algunas líneas del transhumanismo y algunos interrogantes que abre a la reflexión teológica. Finalmente, señalaré un núcleo de reflexión que puede orientar el diálogo con la cuestión ecológicay el transhumanismo.   The question that the psalmist asks about man is recurring in every era of history. The Pope Francis commissioned the Pontifical Biblical Commission to conduct a systematic study of biblical anthropology which was published in 2019; It is possible that this anthropological interest is linked to a statement of his according to which “there will be no new relationship with nature without a new human being. There is no ecology without an adequate anthropology” (LS 118). The ecological crisis addressed in his encyclical Laudato Si of 2015 and Querida Amazonia of 2019, and the accelerated scientific-technical development that has generated a new narrative, that of Transhumanism, lead us to think about the links and tensions between the care of the house common and the future of the “improved” human species. In the first place, I will address some issuesof Ecotheology that have an impact on the understanding of nature, of man, and God’s interaction with the whole of creation. Secondly, to a lesser extent, I will recover some lines of Transhumanism and some questions that it opens to theological reflection. Finally, I will point out a nucleus of reflection that can guide the dialogue with the ecological question and Transhumanism. Facultad de Teología.
