Our problem focuses on university students who do not advance in their academic trajectories. They abandon their studies, when they are unable to cope with the curricular demands and institutional environment, because they lack the epistemic, social, and emotional strategies to consolidate their training in the career of Psychology. With the Socio-Emotional Skills (SEH) scales, focus groups, and interviews applied to the samples, we demonstrate that an Ethical Training Programme, based on SEH, transforms and improves the quality of life in academic environments, it strengthens healthy coexistence, and it builds a sense of university learning communities, in solid, institutional, and participative trajectories. Los resultados alcanzados son producto de investigaciones realizadas en la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Fornasari y Maldonado, 2020) y la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (Sánchez Calderón, 2019), desde un diseño metodológico mixto, aplicado al campo de la Educación Superior. Nuestro problema se centra en estudiantes universitarios que no avanzan en sus trayectorias académicas. Abandonan sus estudios, cuando no logran afrontar las exigencias curriculares y de ambientación institucional, por carecer de estrategias epistémicas, sociales, y emocionales para consolidar su formación en la carrera de Psicología. Con las escalas de habilidades socioemocionales (HSE), grupos focales y entrevistas aplicadas en las muestras, demostramos que, desde un Programa de Formación Ética, basado en HSE, se transforma y mejora la calidad de vida en los ámbitos académicos, se fortalecen las convivencias saludables y se construyen sentidos de "comunidades de aprendizajes universitarias", en trayectos sólidos, institucionales y participativos.
