These students, from the beginning of this stage, face the challenge of acquiring the necessary skills to succeed in their career, and, for this, it is necessary the construction of the university student's job.In it, we mention the difference between the practices of high-school students and the demands of university learning. We point out the characteristics of today's young people, and, taking into account their singularities, we describe strategies of orientation and psychopedagogical accompaniment, implemented at the university to support students in their trajectories. Finally, we situate our proposal from the humanistic approach to education in a Jesuit university, which seeks the integral growth of the person and his or her commitment to society. En el presente escrito, nos proponemos compartir la manera en la que se acompañan las trayectorias académicas de jóvenes que se encuentran cursando una carrera en la Universidad Católica de Córdoba. Estos estudiantes, desde el comienzo de esta etapa, se enfrentan al desafío de adquirir las habilidades necesarias para tener éxito en su carrera y, para ello, es necesaria la construcción del oficio de estudiante universitario.En el artículo, mencionamos la diferencia entre las prácticas estudiantiles de la escuela secundaria y las exigencias del aprendizaje universitario. Señalamos las características propias de los jóvenes de hoy y, teniendo en cuenta sus singularidades, describimos estrategias de orientación y acompañamiento psicopedagógico, implementadas en la universidad para apoyar al estudiantado en sus trayectorias. Finalmente, situamos nuestra propuesta desde el enfoque humanista de la educación en una universidad jesuita, que busca el crecimiento integral de la persona y su compromiso con la sociedad.  Universidad Católica de Córdoba.
