The transformations in pedagogical leadership in secondary education in Uruguayan Catholic schools were explored (in 2021), analyzing six dimensions proposed by Robinson (2019). Seventy-four managers nationwide were surveyed using quantitative-qualitative techniques, and interviews were conducted with an intentional sample in six schools. Their perceptions, as key actors, regarding the decisions and strategies applied, as well as the accomplishments, difficulties, and learning experiences, showed significant changes in pedagogical leadership during the pandemic. It involved adjusting goals and expectations with teachers, accompanying replanning, providing training and support to navigate virtual technological environments. It favored the emergence of new leadership, enhancing teaching coordination and networking. In addition, it required socioemotional support for the members of each educational community to encourage active commitment and to sustain educational continuity with new school-family links.  La pandemia implicó reinventar el formato escolar y emplear diversas estrategias para garantizar la continuidad en la enseñanza. En 2021, se exploraron las transformaciones en el liderazgo pedagógico en la Educación Media Básica de los colegios católicos uruguayos y se lo analizó en seis dimensiones propuestas por Robinson (2019). Combinando técnicas cuanti-cualitativas, se encuestaron a setenta y cuatro directivos a nivel nacional y se realizaron entrevistas a una muestra intencional en seis colegios. Sus percepciones, como actores clave, sobre las decisiones y estrategias aplicadas, los aciertos, las dificultades y los aprendizajes vividos evidencian cambios significativos del liderazgo pedagógico durante la pandemia. Implicó ajustar metas y expectativas con los docentes, acompañar las replanificaciones, brindar capacitación y apoyo para manejarse en entornos tecnológicos virtuales. Se favoreció el surgimiento de nuevos liderazgos y se potenciaron las coordinaciones docentes y el trabajo en red. Además, se requirió contener socioemocionalmente a los integrantes de cada comunidad educativa para alentar el compromiso activo y sostener la continuidad educativa con nuevos vínculos colegio-familias.
