Focusing on Global Financial Services companies in the past 5 years, this research provides a comprehensive overview of the most utilized Agile Methodologies, their characteristics, components and variations. It explains Organizational Culture and describes the interrelations that generate an Agile Culture. The research hedges analytical induction and proximity relative as a means to approach the subject.
