Sumario:The goal of this thesis is to introduce a dried, meat-based snack product into the national market. I will analyze the snack’s nutritional value, such as high protein content and low fat count. In addition, a financial analysis will determine whether or not this would be a product worth investing in based on its profitability and long-term sustainability. The introduction enumerates the nutritional value of the project and describes how the product positively contributes of the health of its consumers. The applied methodology section follows, demonstrating the way in which all of the information will be collected in order to provide scientific evidence to defend the argument of this thesis.
