The point is that in the case of regional migration that right despite being explicitly recognized in the rules (Constitution, Immigration Law, National Education Act) hit reality discrimination, which not only has to do with the rejection of foreigners by the native population, but also with the default and ignorance on the part of state agencies that must implement them. In this framework we analyze the experience of a Peruvian family that arrived in Argentina in the 90s and how they and their children experience the impact of the migration on their culture and key educational paths or violation of rights recognition.
