Sumario:This writing presents a pedagogic experience carried out in the frame of Educational Training Program directed to college’s teachers of the official sector from Castilla, Coyaima and Guamo municipalities, located at South of the Tolima´s department. The work was organized by the Education Departmental Secretary and University of Ibague. The institutions that formed a part of this experience were chosen because of its historical low shown in Icfes and in the pruebas Saber (know Test).
