Acceder a ella permite lograr la libertad interior. Para ello hay que contar necesariamente con una actitud interior profunda del terapeuta, impregnada de amor hacia el paciente, de receptividad y capacidad empática, que hace a la eficacia de las interpretaciones. This paper compares Nacht’s and Kohut’s concepts. These two authors, based on different theories and through the therapeutic dialogue with patients, have felt a deep dimension in man, differentiated from impulses: the personal dimension. Accessing this dimension allows to attain inner freedom.
