Six Argentine cases of inter-American jurisprudence – the ultimate interpreter of the American Convention – were considered, analysing the Court criteria, recommendations and the elements taken into account to determine the reasonableness of the term of judicial processes. Sommario: La questione della ragionevolezza dei processi nell’ambito della tutela giurisdizionale, sulla base dei precedenti della Corte Interamericana, è considerata alla luce dei trattati internazionali che hanno fissato parametri generali entro i quali devono essere condotti i processi.
