They further reflect the knowledge, wishes and expectations of both the Argentine ordinary people and the most brilliant minds, and even the vision of the foreigners which visited the country at that time and expressed their impressions of Argentina and its people. These publications, made for the Centennial celebration but which were also originated in such event, encompassed a longer period than year 1910. The variety of the works published must be classified and those cases deemed the most important or representative of each category should be studied in order to show their significance and the interest they arose.
