| Sumario: | This study proposes and tests a dynamic online learning model designed to enhance student engagement, performance, and satisfaction. Grounded in active methodologies, gamification, and flipped learning, the model addresses the limitations of traditional digital education by fostering creativity, adaptability, and student-centered practices. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study applies the model to an experimental group and evaluates its impact through quantitative data (platform
usage, grades) and qualitative insights (interviews and observations). Preliminary findings suggest improved academic outcomes and higher student motivation. The model offers a scalable, flexible framework for educational institutions seeking to innovate digital learning environments and enhance the effectiveness of online education. |
