Through a comparative analysis of 415 data from ecosystem representatives from Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Spain; Mexico City, Mexico; Montevideo, Uruguay; Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires; Sao Paulo, Brazil, and La Araucania Chile. This study provides valuable information regarding the role of women and how the female gender can influence the intensity of collaboration and the development of entrepreneurship. Using complex network analysis and the TE-SER MODEL, the study will be able to reveal the interactions between actors, collaboration, and influence in different contexts. Highlighting and identifying women who lead different spaces and institutions, and influence decision-making is of crucial importance to promote a greater number of female managers. Thus, the percentage of female managers in ecosystems ranges from 22% to 38%, with low participation in relation to the management positions of men. 2025-09-17T20:20:46Z 2025-09-17T20:20:46Z 2025-04 Ponencia en congreso https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14769/5038 https://doi.org/10.64814/453578tmolxk en application/pdf Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA)
