Various theoretical and methodological perspectives examining the relationship between democracy and sustainability are particularly relevant. In this regard, it is significant to analyze the emergence of changes in the ways of: (i) developing research policies, (ii) establishing research priorities, and (iii) innovating at the science-policy interface, exploring the processes of institutionalization and monitoring of transitions towards the sustainability of food systems in the face of climatic and socio-environmental challenges. This approach has the potential to highlight alternatives for mitigating risks that arise from research and innovation conducted within silos of knowledge and public policies. 2025-09-17T20:11:34Z 2025-09-17T20:11:34Z 2025-04 Ponencia en congreso https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14769/5037 https://doi.org/10.64814/062205myizkh en application/pdf Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) |
